How do I return an item?

Products may be returned within the first thirty (30) days after date of shipment from Patlite only if it is in new, unused condition, in original Packaging with all documentation and accessories, and of current design. Customer pays for shipping charge. Special products, LED modules, lenses, domes, bulbs, 12V, 48V, 100V, 220 - 240V products are not returnable nor exchangeable. All returned products must be pre-approved by Patlite and be assigned a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number. Credit for returned product is subject to inspection by PATLITE. If PATLITE determines that the returned merchandize does not qualify, the customer will be contacted to determine disposition of the product. NOTE: Customers outside the USA need to provide necessary documentation to broker or shipping company so import duty and taxes are not charged to PATLITE by USA customs. If this cannot be done, customer must pay for any taxes or duties imposed by USA customs.
