PATLITE WD Data Acquisition System
The WD System or, Wireless Data Acquisition system, is an intelligent, cost-effective alternative to traditional SCADA systems. The WD System enables users to wirelessly collect critical machine data from PATLITE Signal Towers, regardless of the age or brand of the machine. Users are able to monitor their machinery remotely and in real-time, improve predictive maintenance, identify bottlenecks, and maximize OEE. Attach WD Transmitters to compatible signal towers to send data to the WD Receivers which act as a data bridge between transmitters and PCs. Raw equipment data received can then be exported to a CSV file.

With 8 points of contact input, a serial cable terminal, PoE capabilities and more, the PRO Series allows for even more accessible data mining for detailed operation analysis.
