WME-D Signal Towers

The WME-D is a versatile flush-mounted signal tower featuring an 80mm diameter and a semi-modular design. It is semi-modular, feel free to rearrange the order of the color sequence but number of color tiers is set when ordered. PATLITE offers the WME-D with up to 5 ultra-bright LED units. It operates on a 24V DC or 100-240 AC voltage and the choices for the color units are Red, Amber, Green, Blue and White.

There are many advantages this signal tower has to offer. The lens can withstand superior impact like accidental shocks or vibrations and the body is made of polycarbonate resin for enhanced durability and light transmission. With the provided metal fittings, the WME-D is easy to install securely in any desired direction. Additionally, since the lights are mounted directly against a machine there is no space between the machine and the light itself, this is ideal for keeping dust and debris away in between the application.

Take advantage of this versatile signal tower, order with or without a buzzer and don’t worry about mounting orientation. WE and WEP

PATLITE also offers the flush mount WE and the WEP signal towers. These signal towers are also perfect for any unique application. There only differences between the two is that the WEs come in a chrome body and the WEPs in an ivory white body.

These towers are for indoor use only and the colors available are Red, Amber, Green, Blue and White similar to the WME-D. However, they do have some different functionalities from the WME-D. For example, the WE and WEP do not come with a buzzer option, are only available in 24V DC and the colors cannot be rearranged once ordered. Additionally, these signal towers are thinner in a half-moon shape and the tier options available are three to five unlike the WME-D tiers that can be ordered from one to five

Application Example

Some hospitals use different flag colors outside room doors to designate room status. For example, red could mean room occupied, green the room is ready and blue the nurse is needed. In this case, a hospital was looking for an easier and seamless solution to signal room status. The WME-D was an excellent replacement. The lights can be wired to be controlled by the main desk.
