HSST Manual-Controlled Signal Tower: Simplified Signaling for Ease of Use

There is beauty - and financial savings - in simplicity. PATLITE's HSST manually-controlled stack light is the most streamlined and easy-to-use signal tower PATLITE currently offers. The HSST comes with all the bells and shistles of a traditional tower light - ultra-bright LED signaling, various mounting options and high voltage options - in a stripped-down and labor-saving design that virtually anyone can use thanks to its industrial-grade control box. The HSST Series comes in a convenient and affordable preassembled kit that is pre-wired ready for immediate installation in a number of factory applications.

The HSST kit includes the following:
  • Three-tiered (Red, Amber, Green) LED signal tower with a 4-foot cable (IP54-rated)
  • 120V AC power supply with a 6-foot cord length
  • 3 push button control box with mounting screws (IP20-rated)
  • 2-position mounting bracket with two adjustment screws
  • 3-inch and 12-inch mounting poles

Budget-Friendly Design

Traditionally, manually-controlled devices are far less expensive than their flashier and more advanced counterparts. PATLITE's HSST tower light might be a bit more limited than its more advanced siblings - like our LA6 programmable smart signal tower, for example - but it offers the same reliable and bright signaling that PATLITE is known for with three-tier, red, amber and green signaling capabilities. The HSST Series is designed to be economical and straightforward so you can improve productivity in any work environment in a faster and more efficient way.

Some other benefits include:

Streamlined Training
We get it; sometimes, the most technologically advanced options are not always the most practical ones. Learning the ins and outs of an advanced device can be troublesome to the overall ecosystem and for the workers of a facility. Understanding the latest smartphone can be challenging, but give anyone an old-school Nokia and they know exactly what it can do: make a call, send a text message and tell the time. Everyone can get on board with that. Similarly, the same principle applies to PATLITE's HSST signal tower. You won't have to train your staff to learn the latest network protocol or how to identify numerous signaling alerts for your facility to run smoothly. It can be as simple as teaching your team that green means go, amber means idle and red means stop - all via a primary control box.

Beauty in the Simplicity
PATLITE's manually-contolled HSST signal tower offers a streamlined approach to PATLITE's world-renowned signaling solutions with a device that is easy to use, ultra-bright and far less expensive than its digital counterparts. The HSST is robust, IP-rated, globally certified and comes in a disassembled kit with all its necessary parts.

Choose PATLITE's manually-controlled HSST signal tower for a simplified approach to your facility's signaling demands

Application Example #1

The signaling solution for the everyday worker. PATLITE’s streamlined HSST tower light can be added to a number of civil workstations, including retail check stands, banks, post offices, airport counters, hospitals and more. Thanks to its user-friendly configuration, any employee can learn to operate the HSST signal tower with little to no hiccups, offering an efficient and simplified approach to your signaling needs. Its industrial-grade control box is designed to remove all headaches from controlling the device with easy controls that facilitate productivity. For example, if a self-checkout cashier is inoperable, simply train your staff to press the red signal key on the control box to alert patrons that the machine is currently and in need of maintenance. With this streamlined solution, everyday establishments can stay functional.

Application Example #2

A busy automation warehouse wants to improve the efficiency of its production assembly lines with a solution that alerts workers and can be easy to learn so it can teach multiple employees throughout different work shifts of the day. This scenario calls for the implementation of PATLITE’s manually-controlled HSST signal tower. By adding the HSST stack light to its factory floor configuration, the staff at these production lines are reliably alerted of the status of the line with an alerting solution that is ultra-bright, robust, and above all, easy to operate. The HSST’s switch box is designed to be user-friendly so any employee can quickly learn to manage it and identify the correct course of action. If the line is jammed, press the red button on the switch box to turn the red LED on the HSST to signify to a supervisor or maintenance worker that their attention is required. Once the issue in the production line has been fixed, press the appropriate buttons on the switch box to let workers know that work has resumed.
