Bright, Durable, and Versatile

PATLITE’s collection of LED Light Bars ranges from a standard light bar for illumination of work areas, to a robust IP69K-rated light bar for use in wet and harsh environments. With several functions, mounting options, sizes, and voltages to choose from, PATLITE carries lighting solutions to fit almost any application.

CWA Light Bar

The CWA Series Light Bar is a cost-effective solution for illumination of work areas, machinery, and inside closures. It operates on a 24V DC voltage and is available in 3 sizes (300mm, 600mm, 900mm) to suit the lighting needs for a range of areas and machinery. With the provided stainless steel mounting bracket set, the light bar can be installed safely and securely in any desired direction. The lens of the light bar is made of polycarbonate resin, a material that is over 200 times more durable than glass, and more light weight than other common materials including steel and aluminum. Thanks to its durable structure, it holds a protection rating of IP65 and an operating temperature of -30 to 60 degrees Celsius (-22 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit).

CWF Light Bar

The CWF Series is a light bar that is ideal for workstations, machinery, and control cabinets. It is equipped with daylight colored LEDs (5700K color temperature), a cool white that clearly illuminates the area while still being easy on the eyes. It features an ON-OFF switch located at the top of the light bar housing and allows for an easy one-touch control. The CWF Series is available in 3 sizes (300mm, 600mm, 900mm) and 2 voltages (24V DC and 100-240V AC), making the light bars suitable for use in a wider range of applications and environments. Aside from the standard mounting brackets included, the CWF Series is compatible with other optional brackets including the swivel mounting brackets to enable the light bar to move freely up to 130 degrees for a wider illumination range, and the magnetic mounting bracket for easy attaching and detaching on metal surfaces.

CLA-A Light Bar

The CLA-A Series is a durable LED work light with a high protection rating of IP69K and designed to withstand water, oils, and chemicals. They are perfect for illuminations in CNC machinery where water, oils, and small shaving particles disperse, and areas where strict hygienic regulations are in place and require rigorous high-pressure wash-downs of their equipment. It is available in 6 different sizes (100mm ~ 1200mm) and compatible with a range of mounting methods including snap-in, magnetic, and side-mount brackets. The housing of the CLA-A is constructed with polycarbonate resin, making its body rugged and hard to break and reduces the risk of shattering and fragments getting mixed into production areas.

Quality Warehouse Illumination

CWA Light Bar

This manufacturer maintains a warehouse that stores both product stock and internal documents. Multiple CWA Light Bars are installed around this warehouse to keep the entire area illuminated, especially during night hours when it gets no sunlight. The lights are kept on continuously to maintain bright lighting throughout the day to ensure that the warehouse workers can clearly read the fine print of the product labels that they are handling and avoid picking errors. Due to the harsh climates that this region has, the warehouse experiences freezing temperatures in the winter, and humid heat in the summer. Thanks to the humidity and temperature durability of the CWA Series, the light bars are able to operate safely in these extreme environments.

Effortless Light Control

CWF Light Bar

At this factory, a work cell manufacturing process is implemented where each employee is stationed at a work cell and completes a specific task within the entire product assembly. The CWF Series Light Bar is installed at every work cell to ensure that each employee has proper lighting of their work area and avoid assembly errors. The CWF lights are mounted using the Swivel Brackets, which allows the workers to freely adjust the angle of the light within a 130-degree range. Because the Swivel Brackets allow light to be pinpointed to an area, workers can clearly see the small parts that they are handling, which facilitates meticulous operations. When the employee has to leave their workstation or is done for the day, they can turn off the light in a one-step motion, simply by using its ON-OFF switch.

Did you Know?

IP Ratings Explained

IP ratings are a common standard for classifying the sealing effectiveness of an electric device’s enclosure against the intrusion of moisture and foreign objects such as dust. But…what do the letters and numbers actually mean?

The IP (or Ingress Protection) code starts with the letters “IP” and is followed by 2 digits, and an optional letter. The first numerical digit represents the enclosure’s level of protection against entry of solid objects, ranging from tools and wires to finer particles such as dust. The second digit represents the enclosure’s level of protection against entry of liquids such as water. The first digit’s value ranges from 1 to 6 while the second number ranges from 1 to 9K (ex: IP69K), and a higher number indicates more protection against intrusion of these solids and liquids. The optional digit at the end indicates supplementary information about the standard such as certain weather conditions and oil resistance. The “K” found in IP69K rated products denotes protection against high pressure and high temperatures, such as those from water jets in food processing and pharmaceutical applications.
