Imagine If Your Machines Could Talk...

PATLITE’s extensive range of audible devices provide clear alarms that can be heard above machinery noise. Our selection ranges from simple, compact MP3 annunciators to hybrid alarms that are equipped with both colored-LED visual signals and audible alarms. Custom MP3s can also be loaded to select devices to verbally communicate user-specific statuses such as machine errors, maintenance, and downtime. And because any MP3 file can be programmed to these devices, alerts can be recorded in multiple languages, enabling all workers to immediately understand the issue, spend less time diagnosing issues, and keep machines up and running longer.

BSV Annunciator

The BSV Series is an MP3 annunciator featuring a slim profile. Custom MP3 files can be loaded to the BSV with the use of an SD card. It has an impressive sound output of up to 87dB, while maintaining a compact profile of only 19.9mm deep. The front cover of the BSV is designed to simplify installation and volume adjustment, without the need to access the back of the unit. Just pivot the front panel counter-clockwise to reveal the surface of the BSV body unit, where the mounting holes and volume adjustment knobs are located. The BSV is offered in 3 sleek colors (dark gray, off-white, silver), so pick one that fits your workplace best!

EHV Annunciator

The EHV is a horn-style annunciator with a loud sound output and ability to program custom sound files. Both the default alarm selection and custom MP3s are sounded at an impressive 110dB. It has a vibration resistance of up to 4.5G, meaning that it can be installed on moving surfaces such as forklifts and AGVs. The EHV is available in 3 voltages (12-24V DC, 100-240V AC, 12-48V DC), 2 wiring methods (cable and terminal block), and 2 options for pre-loaded music/alarm selections.

RT Hybrid Alarm

The RT Series is one of our hybrid signaling devices with both a horn and revolving light. Its hybrid function is perfect for workplaces with heavy background noise, such as large plant floors with loud machinery running. The ultra-bright revolving light ensures that even workers on the other side of the plant floor do not miss the signal, even if other background noise prevents them from hearing the alarms. The RT Series can achieve up to 105dB in sound, with an adjustable volume control. There are 4 LED color options (Red, Amber, Blue, Green), 3 voltages (24V DC, 100V AC, 200V AC), and 4 options for pre-loaded music/alarm selections.

LKEH Hybrid Alarm

The LKEH Series is also one of our hybrid signaling solutions, equipped with a horn-style audible alarm and a 100mm-diameter LED signal tower. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, this robust device can be used in a wide range of environments including warehouses, plant floors, and outdoor facilities. The signal tower includes a flashing function for an added layer of signaling to ensure that the light catches the attention of all workers. The LKEH is available in 4 signal tower configurations (1 to 4 LED tiers), 3 voltages (24V DC, 100V AC, 220V AC), a UL-rated version, and an option for custom MP3 compatibility.

Small but Mighty

BSV Annunciator

A BSV Annunciator is installed at this textile plant. With numerous rows of mill and winding machines installed, they need to keep their smaller equipment as compact as possible to keep aisles clear for workers to pass by the area. With the slim profile of the BSV, the annunciator can be mounted nearly flush on their wall, minimizing the space that it takes up at the workplace, as well as avoiding any possible injuries from workers running into exposed equipment. Using the BSV’s MP3 feature, they are able to load and play custom warnings that verbally communicate specific machine statuses, which makes it easy for workers to respond immediately to the issue and avoid bottlenecks. Because the company has employees who speak different languages, their custom alarms are recorded in multiple languages.

See and Hear Clearly

RT Hybrid Alarm

At this metal fabrication plant, the RT signal device is installed. With several machines operating at once, there are constant motor noises and lights going off within the production floor. With the many noises and visual distractions, it was difficult for workers to identify when a machine experiences an error and needs attention or when a worker needs manager assistance. After installing the RT signal device at their workplace, they have been able to resolve this issue and mitigate downtime from unattended errors. The 105dB alarm that the RT gives off provides a clearly audible warning to the workers, which can be heard above the loud machinery noise. Furthermore, the distinct rotating pattern of the RT’s warning light gives an instantly recognizable signal to workers amidst the other machinery lights.
