RFT and RFV

A successful and effective workplace needs to regularly implement tools that will help it achieve personnel efficiency while reducing resource expenses as much as possible to put itself in a position to succeed. To that effect, being notified of workstation downtime and condensing equipment are all crucial steps for a business to achieve those goals. With PATLITE’s hybrid RFT and RFV visual and audible rotating beacons, factories and commercial businesses alike can get closer to maximum efficiency with products that assist and ease supervision rather than complicate it. The dual visual and audible indication on both models come with added layers of versatility for workspaces that demand the most from products while taking up as little floor space as possible. The RFT and RFV models were designed with all those factors in mind while allowing a personal touch to customers with the ability of customizable MP3 sounds that can be added to each device with an SD card, perfect for each unique business.

Differences Between Models

The RFT and RFV hybrid beacons are two peas of the same pod and share a variety of standard features – including vibration resistance, 95 dB sound capabilities and multiple channel inputs – but also differ in a few ways. The RFT model, for example, has 32 built-in alarm sounds, while the RFV is an MP3-programmable sound unit with 64 seconds of custom message capacity. The RFV model has 4-channel bit inputs and 15-channel binary inputs while the RFT model has 8-channel bit inputs and 32-channel binary inputs.

Dependability

Dependability is vital for any business, which is why it is a fundamental characteristic of the RFT and RFV models. PATLITE always strives to create dependable products by offering options that have an extended lifespan all while being certified with several compliances around the globe so businesses can purchase PATLITE products with peace of mind; both models are CE and RoHS certified. The RFT and RFV models also have indoor and outdoor dependability to maintain safety and productivity regardless of workplace. Both products are also safe for high-vibration environments with a 4.5G vibration-resistant design and have an IP54 protection rating, meaning both models will be protected against various contaminators.

Application Examples

Facility Safety Application
Grocery stores are some of the most security-dependent locations around and they require as many levels of security as possible to function properly and to maintain disturbances at bay. With the benefit of audible and visual indication, PATLITE’s hybrid RFT and RTV models check off all those boxes for a store by providing visual signaling and customizable sounds to notify security personnel in multiple ways. Additionally, just as crucial to the success of a store’s ecosystem as an efficient security system is, maximizing floor and ceiling space at a store is vital to optimizing the layout of a store to prevent it from being cluttered with additional equipment.

Again, this is where so PATLITE’s hybrid RFT and RTV models shine. The hybrid model has both sets of security in a singular design so as not to interfere with lights and additional security systems on a ceiling and to not over-stack on existing equipment. PATLITE’s RFT and RTV models provide the best of both indication worlds so a store can run reliably and efficiently..

Steady Work Flow Application
Keeping the pace and maintaining order on a factory floor is essential to preventing downtime that can ultimately cost funds to a warehouse.

In this case, a factory floor needs its workers to remain engaged and perform effectively to avoid the aforementioned downtime that can cut into resources. PATLITE”s RTV and RFT hybrid models can be customized with various unique sounds that can help keep rhythm on a factory floor so that workers can keep pace with a particular song and, ultimately, keep pace with a specific workstation’s demand. To that effect, if a line falls behind, the visual indication on the RFT and RTV beacons can go off to indicate a sense of downtime. These levels of indication can also limit the staffing needed at each particular station, as any of the RFT and RFV models can be that level of security for any given workstation.
